In memory of my long time friend, retired Chief Warrant Officer-4 Lester Belmont Tucker, born 22 February 1921 and passed on 15 June 2014. He dedicated his retirement to writing a book on the many changes in United States Navy uniform regulations on seaman and petty officer specialty marks and changes in rank marks. Our friend John A.
